We are now looking for a caretaker to strengthen the internal service and transport unit of the Municipal Executive Administration in Lomma Municipality. You will be part of a team of dedicated employees who together provide service to all municipal administrations.

JOB DESCRIPTION

As a caretaker in the internal service and transport unit, you will work with services and tasks for the municipality's various operations. The tasks consist of recurring routine tasks as well as more varied tasks depending on the needs of the administrations.

As a caretaker, you will plan and perform service, repair, assist with office relocations, assemble furniture, and take care of certain outdoor inventory as well as graffiti removal. The work also involves practical management of our municipal vehicle fleet, which consists of both cars and bicycles. This means that you, together with our other caretakers, will provide support during service, inspections, and other practical vehicle management tasks.

You will be part of a unit with six dedicated employees. Since the work involves various types of tasks, this requires you to be well-structured and organized, as well as having a good ability to prioritize.

You are expected to take significant personal responsibility within your work area and contribute to the exciting development work and good working climate of the Municipal Executive Administration.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with vocational technical upper secondary education or work experience in property service, or other education and/or work experience that the employer deems relevant for the position. A post-secondary education is an advantage.

The position involves driving to and between operations within the municipality, and a valid B driver's license for manual transmission is therefore a requirement.

You take responsibility for your work, enjoy working in a structured manner, and can prioritize your tasks while adapting to changing conditions.
